Do I need a subscription?
No. You order what you like and when you want them.
It is a simple, commitment free and order as you go type of service at Mor & Mor Meals.

Can I order 1 meal? Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $50.
What payment options are available?
You can pay via POLi (direct bank transfer) or Paystation (debit/credit card) at the checkout. Both are quick, secure and free payment options.
What happens after I order?
Customers will receive a confirmation email after their order.
How does POLi work?
- Select your bank and click proceed with payment
- Login to your bank
- Follow the prompts to complete the Pay Anyone transaction (may include selecting account or entering second factor information)
- Complete the payment and receive your receipt
What delivery options are available?
We do not deliver to rural addresses and PO boxes. You can nominate an urban address or work address for delivery.
North Island
We dispatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Delivered to your doorstep on Wednesday or Friday. Orders received after 9am on Wednesday or Friday will be processed on the next delivery run.
South Island
Courier delivery is coming soon. Watch the space.
Where do i pick up my order?
We deliver direct to you, so no need to pick up your order.
How much is delivery?
A flat fee of $10 to cover the freight.
When will my meals be delivered?
Courier delivery will be made on Wednesdays and Fridays only. Note that we do not deliver on the other week days, the weekends and public holidays.
Courier delivery will be made before 12pm for business addresses and before 5pm for residential addresses.
What packaging do you use for delivery?
We deliver meals in recyclable and environmental friendly cardboard boxes that are designed to accommodate fresh, chilled and frozen goods.
Can I deliver to a rural address?
We are currently unable to deliver to rural addresses.
However, you can nominate for your order to be delivered to your work/office (make sure there is a fridge / freezer) or somewhere else that is not a rural address (a friend or family).
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us saying that your delivery is on its way. You will get a tracking number to trace your order.
It is best to include your mobile number with your order. You will receive a text message when your order is out for delivery.
Please kindly prepare for your order to be collected and stored in the fridge in a timely manner upon delivery.
You will receive an email when your order has been delivered to your nominated location.
Do I need to be at home to receive my meals?
The courier company will follow your delivery instructions or will leave your box in a secure location.
Please make an arrangement to store your meals in the fridge or freezer as soon as your order has been delivered.
Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for your parcel after it has been delivered.
Do the meals come chilled or frozen?
All meals will be delivered chilled. Ice packs are included in the parcel to keep the goods chilled during transit.
How do I store my meals?
Our meals have specified best before dates on them, but typically are made to be eaten within five days of receiving, unless kept frozen.
Please store them in the fridge until you are ready to eat. If you plan to eat certain meals longer than five days of receiving, please store them in the freezer at -18°C when you receive these meals.
Typically, a meal can be kept frozen up to three months in the freezer. Please make sure you eat within three months of the use by date on the label when freezing.
It is highly recommended to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before you heat them and eat.
How do I heat my meals? Can I put my meals in the oven or microwave?
Please check and follow instructions on the product label for each meal.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We support New Zealand businesses and so where we can, we source our ingredients locally in New Zealand.
How do I know if a meal is halal suitable, free from gluten, or vegan and vegetarian friendly?
Each product has dietary icons displayed on our website if they fall under any of these categories.
